The Dears at The Bowery Ballroom in NYC

9-12-2006

I was super psyched to see the Canadian indie rock band The Dears live.  They had just come out with that awesome live album Thank You Good Night Sold Out to follow up their killer studio album No Cities Left.

It was a killer live preformance.  I was in the front row and was able to use my 10-22mm lens which was awesome.

Tokyo Police Club at Pianos in NYC

8-8-2006

LES standard Pianos played host to Tokyo Police Club, a band that hails all the way from the indie tundras of Canada. The young quartet put on an energetic show in support of their first wildly popular first EP.   A Lesson in Crime.

I was luckly enought to catch this awesome band playing a tiny club in NYC at the birth of their career.

Wolfmother at Webster Hall NYC

Saturday, June 3 2006 Wolfmother took the stage for the first time in NYC.

From the opening guitar riff to the final power chord, Wolfmother rocked our socks!!!!
